I had IPL done several years ago. My freckles were getting a little dark and not so cute as in my teens. A series of three three treatments and a lot of brown flakes for maybe 10 -14 days but my skinlooked so much better and the texture was also great. I seems lately the freckles are getting more prominent so i'll probably give is another go
